About Us
Changzhou Tuojue Auto Parts Co., Ltd. is an automotive metal parts manufacturer in Changzhou, Jiangsu, China, integrating design, R&D, production, wholesale and logistics. We independently design and manufacture center console safes, under-seat storage boxes, car pet barriers, luggage racks, and OEM/ODM automotive accessories for global wholesale partners.
It started with a question from a friend: "Can you make a sturdy metal box that locks — something to securely store valuables in my car?" Our founder, with 20+ years in auto metal manufacturing, spent months on materials, assembly and surface treatment before releasing our first center console safe.
When we moved the concept to under-seat storage boxes, we found traditional dial locks are hard to operate in the dim space under a seat. So we added a fingerprint lock that opens with a single touch, and worked with our lock supplier to enlarge the dial numbers for senior drivers. Small details like these are what we mean by designing with the user in mind.
Founded in 2021 on a foundation of 15+ years of sheet metal manufacturing expertise, Tuojue Auto Parts has established itself as a leader in the automotive accessory industry, specializing in high-quality center console safes, car pet barriers, and portable car safes. Our mission is to enhance the safety and functionality of every driving experience through innovative design and superior craftsmanship.
Precision Sheet Metal Processing & Advanced Production Line
TuoJue operates a 3,000+ sqm manufacturing facility equipped with precision fiber laser cutters, multi-station CNC bending machines, 500-ton stamping presses and laser welding equipment — full in-house production from blanking to welding. All products go through automated electrostatic powder coating for a scratch- and rust-proof finish. Monthly capacity exceeds 5,000 units.
Every order is 100% inspected before shipping, with inspection reports available. We apply the same strict quality control across design, production and delivery — for every console safe, pet barrier and custom part.
