Lifetime Warranty on Manufacturing Defects

Every product we manufacture is covered by a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect at any time during normal use, we provide free replacement parts — no time limit.

What we cover:

Defects in materials (e.g., faulty lock mechanism, damaged weld, defective finish)
Workmanship issues confirmed by our quality team
All components of our products, including locks, keys, hinges and mounting hardware

What is not covered:

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper installation or modification
Normal wear and tear (e.g., cosmetic scratches, surface aging)
Products damaged during customer-handled shipping or after-market alterations

How to File a Warranty Claim

For any quality complaint, simply contact your sales representative with your order number and a short description of the issue. Our team will respond within 24 hours.

Replacement Parts & Shipping

Free replacement parts for all confirmed manufacturing defects, including locks, keys, panels and brackets
Replacement parts are shipped together with your next bulk order — no extra shipping cost for approved claims
If you have no upcoming order, we arrange delivery via express at our cost
If a replacement part is unavailable for an older model, we provide an equivalent or upgraded compatible part

After-Sales Technical Support

As a production-type enterprise, we offer ongoing after-sales support for our distributor partners:
